Julian McKinney
General Manager/Senior Designer

Julian has a wealth of experience stemming from his 15 years as a kitchen designer – he has covered complete renovations, as well as high-end new construction, in both commercial and residential projects. He has provided full appliance packages, tile and flooring, audio/visual components, plumbing, lighting and custom closets, and his repertoire continues to grow with his interest in automated lighting programs, custom wine cellars and storage, and outdoor kitchen/living space design.

Julian considers his strength to be his vision for creating highly functional and creative living spaces. This, paired with his abilities to listen to client’s needs and desires and engage them in the project, allows him to consistently create designs that are signature to that client, regardless of budgetary issues.

Jennifer Frati
Designer

Jennifer’s design experience comes from more than 350 completed projects in area spec homes, condos and custom homes over the past 5 years alone. Her expertise includes kitchens, of course, but she also includes master suites, entertainment areas, and commercial installations in her project range. Her combination of education and talent make her well-suited to handle a wide variety of projects, even those submitted by clients with the most discerning tastes. Jennifer is an integral part of the reason for Wilmington Kitchens’ growing reputation for providing distinctive designs and exceptional service.
